I get people hate Izzy and it’s amusing at this point but this great video was kinda ruined by the bias against Izzy twisting the win over Alex as when fans started to hate him because of him mocking Alex’s son not even mentioning the speech he gave after. That whole story was just amazing to me. watching someone lose to the same person (obstacle) after coming close to winning every time then give such a raw speech was one of the most inspiring things I ever watched and it helped me get out of a dark place in life. I feel like skipping over that and only talking about his pettiness is an attempt to erase the positives in what really happened that night.

But when you're destroying ALL your competition, its hard not to be cocky. Plus, those "controversial" fighters are the ones that sell the PPVs so the undercard could get paid. Ronda singlehandedly got Dana to introduce a women's division, paving the way for all these women today. No one laughs at Royce Gracie bc Anderson Silva would've smashed him. Time comes for all fighters. But those girls today all need to appreciate the fact that they dont even have UFC careers without Rousey.
